MUST HAVE: 1. Xactly Incent 2. Xactly Connect
- Xactly Incent – – Experience creating reports in Xaclty Incent commission solution or other ICM solution
- Experience in architecting and maintaining a cloud based data warehouse (Snowflake)
- Skilled in designing and developing data pipelines
- Experience in designing BI visualization platforms (Tableau)
- Expert SQL skills. Knowledge of Python a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally within an organization, to understand requirements and use cases
- Experience working with data from business systems like Salesforce, Workday, and Pendo
- Experience analyzing large amounts of data from multiple systems
