Job Description :
- The primary duty of this person is to be the Technical Product Manager for TOS CBBO (Consumer and Business Banking Operations) digital outreach. Currently we are utilizing SMS and email channels with plans to expand this to include MMS and push notifications in the new future. Also, for the DIY/DIT Communication Profile and Preference project. This is a multi-phase project. The current focus is updating the existing web interface that customers use to update their phone numbers and mobile consent, create a new page for internal agents use (replacing existing processes), and updating where the data is stored. Subsequent, unfunded phases of the project include: best time/channel to contact, email and mailing address updating.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Leading requirement/design calls with Business Lines, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and TOS dev team to understand scope of change and impacts.
- Documenting the requirements and approvals in the respective stories in JIRA
- Translate requirements into design documents / user stories
- Ensuring TCPA compliance standards are followed and can be proven in the future
- Possibly participate in audit/compliance reviews (future)
- Ensure that the data is tracked and reportable
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Normal soft skills
- Strong data/analytical mind
- SQL experience (SQL Manager is the tool I use)
- Postman or other tools to execute APIs to investigate/research data (from Casandra – no SQL db)
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
- Mortgage, insurance, government, or other heavily regulated areas.
