Job Description               :

• Bachelors degree or equivalent with 8-10 years of quality assurance across a variety of projects, demonstrating the ability to lead and execute testing efforts across multiple business lines and systems independently.
• Significant experience in translating user requirements to testing scenarios, defining test data, and developing test cases across disparate environments.
• Strong analytical and results orientated, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to execute testing and deliver quality testing results on time.
• Strong relationship and communication skills in working with colleagues, and influencing customers on recommendations and analysis with demonstrated ability to drive quantifiable results.
• Demonstrated experience in solving a variety of complex system and system related problems for the business unit as it relates to business requirements and technology.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple relationships across the organization, and at times with external parties and client.
• In-depth knowledge of business operations and processes with the ability to articulate these processes to others.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for Quality Assurance (QA) and the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• 3 years of working experience with JIRA and JIRA Xray plug in resulting in strong knowledge base on the tool. Knowledge should include JIRA reporting, Xray reporting, Dashboards, Gadgets, and Confluence pages.
• Experience working within a defined development life cycle methodology (e.g., CMMI or *** Quality Management System (AQMS).
• Team player and self-motivator to meet deadlines.
• Preferred finance domain knowledge (life insurance and annuities)
