  • Production Support manager
  • Technical back ground (programming/ app development)
  • Experience with Production support for an application with a sizable user base and multiple stake holders (Vendor which supplies core Product, Infrastructure team, application support team)
  • Experience with Problem Management, Incident management, change management for an integrated eco system
  • Fluent in Agile Methodologies, Scrum, Azure /JIRA Tools
  • Drive improved quality and reliability of the services and solutions for users by Preventing issue recurrence and Minimizing business impact of incidents (P0,P1,P2)
  • Coordinate and direct all facets of the problem management effort, including bringing the right teams, tools, and information together.
  • Stakeholder communication (impacted users/ direct managers/ participating dev’s & testers/ leadership)
  • Taking an active role in production planning
  • Co-ordinate routine maintenance to keep the application running effectively and maintaining quality standards.
