• The Technical Writer develops clear-written material in support Infrastructure and resiliency design documentation. The Technical Writer work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
• The Technical Writer plans, develops, and documents testing artifacts in alignment with the associated design patterns. Understands infrastructure including their linkages to related areas. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT
• 2 years infrastructure experience<
• Ability to work in a cross-team/cross-organization environment
• Deep understanding detailed and thorough documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Hybrid Infrastructure quality experience
