Job Description:

The IT Enterprise Business Analyst I is an entry level position that will require someone that has great problem solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 

The IT Enterprise Business Analyst I is an entry level position that will require someone that has great problem solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.  This role will work with other Business Analysts and members of the IT team to quickly and efficiently gather and document business and functional requirements for new solutions to meet the changing needs of the business.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to work in a dynamic environment will be key skills for this position.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Document Meeting Minutes
• Collaborate with members of the technical team to develop solution alternatives that meet the business needs
• Document functional requirements
• Develop and document Use Cases
• Define UI design/Create screen mockups
• Define and Document Reporting requirements
• Effectively work on multiple assignments, activities or projects as required

Required / Desired Skills

• Business Analyst or Related Experience – Required 2 Years
• End User Experience Documenting Business Processes – Required 2 Years
• Experience using Google docs or MS Word – Required 3 Years
• Documenting Business Processes Using Visio – Required 1 Years
• Documenting/Capturing Meeting Minutes – Required 2 Years
• Agile/Scrum – Highly desired
