- Automation of Jira test cases using Java and other Automation frameworks.
Responsibilities include:
- Need to have at least 2 years of experience with developing testing frameworks for big organizations
- Should have knowledge of Java & automation frameworks
- should have knowledge of various types of testing: performance testing, UI testing, API testing
- Development of websites and applications through all phases of the development life cycle (including planning, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining)
- Working with project managers using traditional and Agile methodologies to plan and execute development
- A solid grasp of fundamental algorithms and applications
- Strong design and coding skills in Typescript/Javascript, Java
- Firm understanding of software development principles, capabilities and limitations of platforms, including first-time user experience, battery life, connectivity issues, and perceived performance
- Experience influencing software engineering best practices within your team
- Hands on experience with JavaScript frameworks
- Knowledge of Accessibility and Web Standards
- Design and develop programs that conduct automatic tests on new and existent software. They also use guidelines to develop programs and write automation scripts. Designing and developing test automation scripts. Using test automation guidelines. design, program, simulate and test automated machinery and processes in order to complete exact tasks. Researching issues in software through testing. Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.
