• The IT Agile Project Manager plans, leads, organizes and motivates Agile project teams by combining Agile methods with non-Agile techniques to successfully manage several concurrent, high visibility projects. This APM creates sound project management approaches that best fit into planning and managing the work that will help the team achieve a high-level of performance and quality. Define the projects’ schedule and scope using objectives and key results (OKR) and roadmaps while balancing this with timely and regular value deliveries, and organizing and leading working and project status meetings. Support the product management teams’ efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team with respect to priorities and scope. Additionally, this APM will support product management teams in managing communications and delivery expectations with customers and stakeholders and implementing an effective project governance system. This IT Agile Project Manager works with the product management team to best define, track and report the progress of the products’ epics. Facilitate the removal of impediments by addressing and eliminating the issues to improve the likelihood of achieving the objectives of the iteration. Coordinates across teams to understand dependencies and opportunities to engage and improve effectiveness.
• Can possess specialized knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks used to manage risks and issues unique to technology projects and deliver IT services. Support the adoption of SAFe across IT Operations. Assist the team in preparation for ART activities. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards to help coordinate inter-team cooperation and help the team operate as one. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field
• 8+ years of technical project/product experience
• Outstanding organizational skills, especially the ability to prioritize, focusing on the project’s critical components and prioritizing unnecessary or distracting work Ability to not only remain calm but thrive under pressure Excellent communications skills, essential for collaborating with teams and talking with management and other non-team individuals Superior critical thinking capabilities, including the ability to quickly assess a situation and provide decisive options Comfort with quickly changing priorities, plus highly developed adaptability and flexibility Strong familiarity with SAFe elements including event cadence and roles Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration
• Comprehensive knowledge of network monitoring tools to include Splunk
• Project Management Institute certification
• SAFe Scrum Master or Agile Coaching experience
• Experience in the health solutions industry
