Job Description               :

  • The Department of Human Services, Office of Information Technology is seeking candidates for the position of ActivTrak Administrator located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Position Responsibilities:

  • ActivTrak is a cloud-based platform that provides productivity insights into how teams work, improving employee and customer experience, while also enabling better business outcomes.
  • DHS uses the platform internally to assess team and organizational performance, hone product features, develop best practices, streamline processes, and promote a culture of immediate feedback and transparency.
  • The ActivTrak Administrator will be responsible for the day to day operations of ActivTrak environment.
  • Administrators will assist with installation and support of the ActivTrak software, including account creations and team management.
  • Provide managers of remote teams with the insights to guide their team members to success.
  • We anticipate upwards to 10,000 workstations running ActivTrak once fully deployed. Currently DHS has deployed to 500 workstations. 
  • With the DHS employee model requiring teleworking, DHS is actively deploying ActivTrak software to all laptops in our environment.
  • Administrators will help provide managers of remote teams with the insights to guide their team members to success.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Associate degree in a related field AND two (2) years of application administration experience
  • Previous experience in ActivTrak is a plus
  • Must possess attention to detail
  • Must be a multi-tasker
  • Have great communication skills – Business to Technical translation
