Webcenter Support Services

Provide support services for the DOAS Webcenter Suite consisting of:

·        Current architecture review and recommendations.

·        Support for design of information architecture

·        Support for design of metadata

·        Support for integration to Peoplesoft

·        Support for ingesting files from various sources

·        Support of administrative activities such as users, security, adding new content

·        7 Support for training agency personnel

·        8 Support for user interface enhancements.

Support provided will be on a ad hoc ticket basis, as well as, for longer, predefined projects.
