Description

DevOps Scrum Master Scope
1.      Scrum Master Responsibilities:
1.      Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
2.      Manage concurrent DevOps projects
3.      Collaborate with AppDev team
4.      Drives the execution of sprint items
5.      Finds and works to remove roadblocks
6.      Helps to motivate the team and keep them excited
7.      Protects team from outside distractions
8.      Facilitates communication between roles for every aspect of the project
9.      Responsible for keeping release/project information consolidated, organized and up to date
10.  Responsible for throughput (team velocity)
11.  Manage Kanban and Scrum boards
12.  Experience using JIRA for running boards and creating reports
1.      Technical Experience:
1.      Understanding of technical duties performed by DevOps team
                                                               i.      CI/CD Pipelines
                                                             ii.      AWS cloud environment
                                                           iii.      Firewall policies & Whitelisting
                                                           iv.      Datalake / Enterprise Data Platform
                                                             v.      System Admin
                                                           vi.      Ops support process/coordination
1.      Requirements:
1.      At least 3 5 years of experience applying Agile methodology and Project Management
2.      At least 2 3 years of DevOps experience
3.      At least 2 3 years AWS Cloud experience
4.      Part 810 compliance: US Citizen or Permanent Resident
1.      Other skills:
1.      Process driven
2.      Technically strong in DevOps team coordination (System Admin, APIs, Network/Firewall, AWS Cloud)
3.      Strong organization and planning skills
4.      Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
