Position Summary
Visa: No OPT/STEM OPT and CPT
Note: We need a local candidate in and around Austin, TX. Required Skills:
1. 7+ years’ experience is a must to have
2. Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Scala, Java11.
3. Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Mongo DB and Cassandra.
4. Experience in the tool/framework: AKKA is a must to have.
5. Good experience in Distributed Systems.
6. Experience with Agile teams that have regularly delivered software while practicing code review
7. Experience with tools: Spark, Kafka, etc.
8. Experience with Netty, Nginx, and HDFS is a plus.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate and translate requirements into solution.
10. Creative problem-solving skills that deliver elegant solutions to complex issues.
11. College degree, preferably in computer science, Computer or Electrical engineering, information systems, mathematics, data analytics or statistics, or equivalent experience.
