Bachelor’s Degree. Concentration in Engineering, Sciences, Information Systems or related field preferred.

Required Experience and Skills:
• A minimum of 5 years of Life Sciences IT business analysis experience.
• Experience in creating and reviewing SDLC documentation.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis, best practices and methodologies including the ability to perform requirements tracing and validations during testing.
• Demonstrated requirements gathering skills through development of use cases, negotiation, decision making / trade off analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Writing experience including Use Cases, Process diagrams, and User stories.
• Ability to be hands-on including basic SQL querying skills.
• Demonstrated history of working with complex and highly integrated systems.
• Able to work with middleware (Informatica, TIBCO) and custom development (Web Services, API) teams.
• Demonstrated history of working with complex and highly integrated systems.
• Able to develop compelling business cases and solution recommendations; specifically ensuring high quality materials to facilitate client conversations and presentations.
• Able to partner with clients and team members to summarize future scope and past performance and value delivery in support of business case processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills balanced with a creative mindset.
• Possesses the ability to succeed in a complex and dynamic work environment.
• Independent mindset who looks for areas of improvement rather than waiting to be tasked.
• Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with client organizations, IT partners, and suppliers.
• Strong interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation, communication and the ability to influence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across heirarchy levels and organizations with messaging appropriate to audience.

Preferred Experience and Skills:
• Business domain experience and expertise in Health Registration Management, Regulatory publishing, and Regulatory submissions.
• IT experience with critical enterprise and GxP business systems.
• Superior stakeholder management skills.
• Able to create and manage workstream-level plans and support broader external planning activities.
