Entering Request and Incident Tickets in Service Now ticketing system

  • Troubleshooting Second Level Support Tickets assigned to your group through Service Now
  • Creating and updating Knowledge Base articles
  • Providing excellent Customer Service for All Customers.
  • Recording and reporting time spend with customers
  • Troubleshooting network connectivity from the switch for Phones, Computers, and Printers.
  • Assist Network Engineering Team with Troubleshooting of switches and phones.
  • Provide Support for: IOS, Android, Windows OS, and Mac OS devices.
  • Knowledge of GPO, DHCP, and Active Directory.
  • Experience Troubleshooting Printers, Scanners, and Copiers.
  • Knowledge of MDT, KACE, SCCM and PowerShell preferred but not required.

The interview will be by webcam, but the work for this position is on site 100%

  • Prior experience troubleshoot Hardware issues of Laptops and PCs in a deskside capacity

  • Prior experience troubleshooting software issues of Windows OS/MacOS, IOS/Android

  • Great Customer Service experience
  • Attention to Detail and great documentation skills for tickets and knowledgebase articles.
  • Able and willing to work on site 100%
  • Prior experience writing Powershell Scripts to automate task in AD, Exchange, MS deployment toolkits, and software deployment automation.

  • Prior experience automating software deployments in SCC, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, or other similar deployment/management tools,
