This is a request for 380 person hours of MuleSoft Innovation & Transformation Expertise (ITE) subscription related to Covid-19. Two Senior MuleSoft developers (one of them, performing in a dual role of Architect & Developer) are being sought, at 190 person hours apiece.
Scope of the engagement is to have Senior MuleSoft Architect/Consultants work with the State of Colorado team on defining the key solutions for the key COVID initiatives as below:
– Contact Tracing – Solution to Trace COVID-19 positive individuals to their contacts to manage community transmission.
– Lab Testing – Ability to Increase availability of test data, be able to increase test lab locations, provide mechanism for citizens are aware of test locations and also manage testing centers and scheduling
– Surveillance, Isolation and Quarantine support – Provide ability to monitor and message quarantined and asymptomatic individuals to collect self-reported syndromic surveillance data
– Data exchange – Identify and leverage CDC public data from Anypoint COVID data pipeline to enhance SOC initiatives. As well as define high volume data exchange through Anypoint platform with security and reliability
Provide MuleSoft services to Architect, Design and deliver sustainable solutions for the initiatives in a rapid delivery model by executing initiatives of small, medium and large. Each sprint includes the complete cycle of discovery, design, implementation and deployment to production with stakeholder consumption
