Job Description:
SCOPE OF WORK
The timeframe is ASAP, pending completion of on-boarding activities.
Activities:
Unpack laptops and peripherals
Install Windows 10 using automated build process
Configure laptops for end-users
Set up profiles and copy user files
Walk the user through initial login and answer questions
Document the above steps into a procedure.
DRS team will perform the initial training of these people.
