Job Description:

The IDPH, Environmental Health Bureau is seeking a candidate for several large office projects involving scanning files, filing previously scanned files, developing spreadsheets, and providing better organizational structure to several programs.

The candidate will be able to learn quickly and become a fluent technical user in the AMANDA database, and the program folders on Google Drive.

 The position may also entail some administrative duties, such as processing and sending mail, entering license applications into the database, and processing payment transactions. The candidate will need to be flexible and have the ability to juggle different duties and tasks from day to day. The ability to go smoothly from one task to another, back again, will be crucial to effectively perform the necessary duties for this position.

Good time management skills.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Skilled in basic Microsoft Office Products, various internet browsers, and Windows 10 software.

* Experience working with Google drives and file management

* Detail oriented and a problem solver.

* Prior experience using database management software is a plus.

* Able to juggle multiple tasks.

* Basic administrative skills, such as working with mail, data entry, and working with money transactions.

* Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
