The Distance Learning Classroom Manager – Desktop Support – DS2 handles the supports the DL classrooms in all nine (9) locations which includes: 

  • Installation of all hardware and software
  • Computer imaging
  • Performing upgrades and repairs
  • Identification and resolution of problems related to the DL classrooms
  • Maintenance and support of the audio/visual equipment in the classrooms for video teleconferencing
  • Maintaining property records and accountability of equipment
  • managing scheduling
  • Supplying usage reports to NGB using the Distributed Learning Program Reporting and Scheduling Tool (DLRST).
