· High school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience related to the essential functions of the position. Any equivalent education and/or work experience may be substituted in order to meet the minimum qualifications of the position.

· Minimum of one year experience in utilizing Microsoft office tools and a helpdesk ticketing system.

· Preferred customer service experience and proficient communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

·  Ability to understand and document the business requirements.

·  Ability to create Process Documentation

· Ability to provide Process & Product Trainings (Attend & Present conferences, Training sessions)

· Ability to perform Process compliance monitoring, auditing, reporting (Planned to review at audit window milestones)

·  Work on Project assignments

· Work on Helpdesk tickets: Review, Respond, Reassign/Route for problem resolution

· Ability to conduct Product Testing (User acceptance testing, Operations usability testing to Train the Trainers)

· Collaborate with team members on Product Implementations, Installs, Deployments

· Maintains reliable attendance and possess customer service in a hybrid work environment
