Prefer W2           : U S C/ G C /H1B Transfer/OPT/CPT/H4 EAD and other US work authorization are accepted

Primary responsibility will be to do data clean up between ASM (Asset Management System – a home grown system) and ServiceNow using MicroSoft Excel, Tableau, etc. Must be able to be able to analyze and normalize data within Excel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clean up between ASM (Asset Management System – a home grown system) and ServiceNow using MicroSoft Excel, Tableau, etc. Must be able to be able to analyze and normalize data within Excel.

Additional duties

  • Insure data associated with each room is accurately updated in the inDesign Tracking System
  • Insure data associated with each asset is accurately updated in the inDesign Tracking System
  • Insure that the pre-defined RFID tags are attached to assets in the correct location on the asset
  • Ability to learn and use RFID handheld scanner (KSU to train)
  • Ability to learn and use the inLogic Tracking software (KSU to train)

Additional Responsibilities

Assisting with inventory and warehouse support activities (inventory count, inventory organization, etc.)
